To support the CFO and Finance team with daily / monthly finance operation.
To deliver day to day requirements whilst supporting key projects to drive forward the transformation of the Finance department.
It is envisaged the graduate role will last c. 3 years, before progressing to another accounting based full time permanent position.

The role responsibilities will rotate over time covering sales ledger, purchase ledger, management reporting and information and process improvement including automation.
The role will commence with sales ledger for IFA clients and process improvement including involvement with the automation of invoicing project, before progressing onto purchase ledger, again with a focus on the development of process improvements and automation. Finally, the role will focus on financial and management reporting.
The key responsibilities for the initial phase (sales ledger):
Ensure revenue recognition schedules are updated and revenue calculated correctly
Reconcile revenue and deferred income schedules to SAGE and revenue forecast
Calculate and post revenue journals
Update revenue forecast to reflect invoices raised and orders received
Monitoring and reporting attrition
Prepare/ maintain list of invoices to be raised
Raise invoices - mainly IFA
Dealing with queries – clients / internal
Update and reconcile the DDR schedule
Update and maintain Smartdebit ( DDR collection software)
Entering receipts on SAGE 200
Systems & processes
Supporting the CFO in the development and automation of processes and systems (e-commerce)
SAGE point of contact.
Salesforce administrator for Finance and Commercial
Support the Financial Controller in:
Monthly reporting including revenues and balance sheet reconciliations
General cover for finance team members when absent
Timely Issue of accurate client invoicing
Timely and accurate reporting
Maintain up to date ledger
Ensure all DDR collected and allocated promptly
Developing and implementing process improvements, including e-commerce project
