Head of Marketing
We require a passionate and skilled Head of Marketing to lead our brand & market position through the next exciting phase of growth. Creative whilst analytical, we are looking for a super star!
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategise and execute on the entirety of the marketing function in Dynamic Planner
- Own and drive the industry renowned Dynamic Planner brand, evolving into an ever more premium market leader
- Deliver against lead generation targets across all clients
- Deliver highly effective communications across multiple channels to all stakeholders
- Lead and develop a high performing in house experienced marketing team

Key Deliverables:
- Work intelligently and collaboratively with talented senior leaders from across the business with budget set at Group Level, to originate and execute the company marketing strategy that aligns with the high revenue and market share growth ambition
- Be a Head of Marketing with vison and passion, empowering and nurturing a plethora of director reports that includes Senior Content and Comms, Marketing Data Analyst, Digital Marketing Manager, Events Manager, Graphic Design and Head of PR
- Orchestrate and optimise a high ROI capability to influence target market including over email, face to face, social, partnerships, paid and unpaid partnerships, internal and external events, PR, and SEO
- Be wholly responsibility for the detailed and generous marketing and events budgets, ensuring continuous ROI reporting and optimisation of ongoing spend decisions to help grow the business across various channels
- Drive communications to, and leads from, multiple target audiences, that include advice firms, consolidators, nationals and networks, wealth managers, asset managers, financial institutions and others
- Deliver a premium and hyper engaging, full events programme, including partnership sales and budget delivery
- Drive strong adoption of the technology, investment services and customer support hub through highly effective communications alongside account management team to clients and end customers
- Support European MD as we begin to enterprise sell across the continent
- Own thorough market research and accurate competitor analysis across all stakeholder industries, empowering sales and company wide strategy
- Drive a culture and behaviour of data first decision making, leading with analysis and ending with return on investment across all marketing activity
- Own the creative and brand design across the organisation, with serious natural flair for the overall vision across all customer touchpoints, aligning to product
- Timely and accurate reporting to Sales and Marketing Director on budgets, KPIs, and ROI

Competencies (knowledge/skills/experience):
- Ability to multitask across a wide variety of marketing functions, with both analytical and creative prowess
- An inspired leader, with the ability to join the senior leadership team driving strategy across our fintech organisation
- Unbounding people skills, a nurturer and developer, having the ability to lead with creative vision yet empowering others to execute
- Understand and navigate the world of PR and sales
- A commercial beast, with a strong handle on the numbers
- B2B2C marketing experience a real plus
- Experience of working within wealth management or SaaS technology a plus, however the right analytics flair mixed with a passion for creative is more important
Education & Qualifications
- CIM qualifications preferred
- Minimum degree level. Preferably in business, analytics or marketing related subject
