Sales Support Administrator

Part time hours: This role is to support the finance team and wider teams 3 days per week totalling 22.5 hours. The role is a FTC (Fixed term contract) for up to 9 months.

Role Purpose:
- To support the business development (sales), marketing and client success team with all administrative elements of the sales and demonstration process
- To support all sales collateral required along the pipeline to close within the SME, large and enterprise space
- To co-create competitor analysis documentation along the sales process using subject matter experts in the business across all target markets
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and document the sales processes alongside people and technology
- To aid reporting using people and technology from all sales and client success team to senior managers and executives
- Own and create sales collateral for all sales and client success teams working alongside marketing
- To aid the sales, marketing and client success / account management process as required from an administration perspective
- To assist with all presentation and demonstration collateral in a moment by moment basis in each client presentation
- To ensure all sales collateral in word and video format is updated and relevant
- Working with all business development representatives

Competencies (knowledge/skills/experience):
- Financial Service background an advantage
